Party Kit Rental Terms

1) Party kit rentals must be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event.

2) Party kit will arrive a minimum of 2 days prior to your event date.

3) A deposit is required for party kit rental. Amount is equal to the difference between the rental and purchase price.
     Deposit wil be refunded within 1 week after rental kit is returned.

4) Rental term is limited to 2 weeks from the day it is received by customer. If rental kit is not returned within 2 weeks it will be considered purchased and rental deposit will be forfeited.

5) All consumables (rhinestones and  hot-fix transfer film) are not the customers to keep, unused portions must be returned.

6) Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from their location.

7) Additional fees that may apply.
         a) Repackaging fee = $20   
                 Everything must be returned well organized the way it was provided. Any repackaging needed to prepare kit for next rental
                 other than replenishing consumables will result in a repackaging fee that will be deducted from rental deposit.
         b) Damage Fee = Retail price of damaged items.
                 Any damage to items will be charged at the listed retail price and deducted from rental deposit.
         c) Rhinestones &  Hot Fix Transfer Tape consumables = dependent on circumstances
                 Consumables are provided in the party kit as a convenience to you our customer . We provide more than what is normally needed so
                  you have a good experience. We trust our customers honesty to return any unused portions well organized in the kit as you received it.
                  Any fees for excessive usage or returned condition will be determined by Rhinestone Genie.

8) Purchase of a Party Kit Rental assumes acceptance of the above terms.
